So running with the idea but still tuning thoughts appreciated.

So about 8 points for a cannon and epts. Initially thinking Expertise and Flechette on Ryad, and Crack shots in the Agressors. Maybe VI on the Agressors? Trick shot and DE can take UGRs. Ryad with PTL and Ion Cannons though I will likely see Rau when I play this.
PTL-Ion seems the best on Ryad, since she sheds greens like there's no tomorrow and she'll never be able to out PS an Ace.
Is there any reason why you are flying Kestal? Her pilot ability is all but wasted on a TLT, so you might as well drop her down to a generic to save points unless that PS 7 is really important in your meta. PTL is always a good choice on Ryad and can be better than expertise on turns when you don't use a defensive focus and gives you similar mods if you do. Juke is also a nice budget option if you decide to take /x7 over tie/d.
With the tie/d title, ion cannons are almost assuredly the way to go with your aggressors. It helps keep them safer out of arc and makes it easy to plan around keeping your target in turret range. The only downside here is that while you have built the list to have about 6 attacks per turn, 5 of them do a maximum of 1 damage. You'll have to play very defensively and just try to wear your opponent down over a long game.
I've had a lot of luck with Expertise and Ions on the Countess. Saves your focus for defense, works for both rolls, and helps get at least a little bit of control over the enemy to keep them in arc.

Be wary: unguided Rockets are super vulnerable to HotCop. TLT...not so much lol.
I also prefer X-7 Ryad, but perhaps that's just me
