Shuttle attached to ghost. Can the Ghost use the “powers” of the crew from the shuttle?
Ghost and shuttle question.
No, they're still considered separate ships for all intents and purposes other than the titles.
And the shuttle is entirely out of play except for the phantom (II) title.

A dockued shuttle is considered "out of play" as long as it remains docked.

+1 to this.
As further clarification; the shuttle can't be affected by anything, nor can anything on the shuttle affect the field of play, unless a card effect specifically calls out that it can (such as the Phantom and Phantom II titles, which alter the corresponding Ghost's attack and action capabilities).
Yeah, so if say Kanaan is on the shuttle and it's docked, then neither the Ghost nor any other friendly ship at range 1-2 can use his ability. Thematically it makes no sense, but from a gameplay balance point of view it's probably for the best.
He and everyone else on the shuttle are busy doing all the things to make the title work and can't do their normal stuff.
