Fenn/Ghost Autopilot for Store Event

Hello, I'm going to a store event and came up with this Fenn / Ghost build that I wanted to be an autopilot build where I do the same exact steps every round. It is 95 points for a big bid. I expect to see a fair amount of Ghost and PS11, Rhoboats and QD/Vader. I am looking for thoughts or feedback?

Inspired by a recent Mynock squadron post and the Polish discussion, I picked Chopper and Synched turret. List is below my plan. I am going to do this exact set of steps every turn and see how it plays out.

Plan:

  • Push Ghost in very close and take Target Lock action.
  • Fenn Rau coordinates the Ghost boost from Leebo.
  • If there are Harpoon or other Ordnance target locks, then Counter Measure the locks off the Ghost (it isn't for Agi, it is only for removing target locks from alpha strike or rhoboats).
  • When shooting, Fenn cancels any focus for R3 and wants to miss to trigger Rex to token stack focus and evade after coordinating - do this every turn to make it very hard to take out Fenn.
  • Ghost shoots whatever does most damage (front arc, turret) and then free fires turret. FCS and Han Solo mean your action doesn't really matter, you get the best of both worlds. If a person is using double Ion as a counter, then you can use Leebo without concern since 2 vs. 3 ion doesn't matter and if you can arc dodge, all the better.

I understand that you want an autopilot list, but I'm not certain this holds up against the Lothal MaulZra builds that can boost similarly with engine upgrade, strip you Lando focuses with hotshot, and have better damage output with Maul/Ezra which your Fenn can't interrupt.

this may be an alright list but I'm uncertain that it acts as an answer to the meta mirror match.

I believe the MaulZra builds or JynKanan builds for the Ghost Fenn may serve you better, maybe give them a look and see what you like.

I've never liked R3 Astro on Fenn. PRS and either R2 Asto or Nien provides the same damage mitigation without compromising attacking.

Synched Turret also just isn't super strong.

Here's a Ghost Fenn list that you can do the same opening with. Deploy Kanan in the corner across from your opponent's ship you want to shoot at on round 1. Deploy Fenn ~range 1 from Kanan, usually so there is an asteroid in front of and between them. Kanan goes forward 4 and focus+evade. Fenn goes forward 3 and coordinates an angled boost towards the middle. If the ship across from Kanan moved out of the deployment zone, you will get to shoot at them.

Next turn, Kanan does a hard turn back towards your board edge, focus+evade, Fenn does a 1-straight and coordinates an evade action (so Kanan will have focus+evade+evade tokens). Then just proceed to fly Kanan away pelting them with TLTs and always taking focus+evade or boosting when needed. if they are forward-arc only ships that came slow and straight out of their corner, you can do a 4-straight on turn 2 with a boost instead to Heaver them (boost past their bank maneuver). That's what I did in round 2 of the Seattle Regionals this weekend on camera to a Gunboat list.

If you're sure they're going to start attacking Fenn, take double focus on Kanan and evade token on Fenn.

R-3-A2 is on Fenn in case they are on Expertise (and immune to Fenns ability) or if it's a PTL ace.
