At the moment the most dominant list is the ghost with Fenn. So my proposal is to play a strong scum build that is good enough to beat builds such as imp aces and then against ghost fenn lists use thweek mimicked ability to stop ghost from modifing his double tlt shots. What do you think of this?

Thweek copying Fenn doesn't block the Ghost from modifying those shots, because it doesn't use tokens to modify them.

your better off running a stresser on fenn or an aphla list with a boba crew hitter to burn the shields and take the tlt off kanan

Thweek just isn't all that good unfortunately. Being king of the PS hill doesn't help when you can still only get the one action.

If you want to stop Fenn (as well as Expertise and BB8), you need to stress them. Asajj can hand one out at the beginning of combat and Nym can throw a Thermal Det at people which will damage and stress.

With Fenn stressed prior to activation, he cannot use his ability, Rey can't abuse Expertise, Poe can't BB8 next turn, etc, etc.

Unfortunately, the kings of stress are Rebels and they generally happen during the phase, not prior. However, shutting Fenn / Rey / Poe done for subsequent rounds can turn the tide.

BTL-A4 TLT Stresshog is quite competent at that. Works against Kylo as well.
