So you're lost in time and space. You miss your next turn. During this miss turn do you stand up your investigator game piece? Or do you do that the following turn? And if you do that the following turn does that mean you are delayed so you can not move from lost in time and space, but still cast spells? Or are you delayed in your missed turn and then stood up the following turn AND able to put your investigator on the board before upkeep?

You can't do anything during a lost turn. It's not the same as being delayed. I'm pretty sure (the ruling was errata, so I'd like someone else to confirm it). You stand up your investigator marker to indicate that that is the turn you've lost.
