Parting Blow after Onars Rush or Chewies Slam

By topacesteve, in Imperial Assault Rules Questions

Hello, if Onar Rushes to a hostile figure (pushing it) next to a friendly Gamorrean, can i use Parting Blow on the Gamorrean to perform an attack on the parting figure?

The same question for Chewbaccas slam , on a hostile figure next to a friendly brawler

Yes, if you use one of those abilities to push a figure that is adjacent to a brawler to a different space, then that counts as exiting the space adjacent to the brawler and you can play parting blow.

Yes, push is movement performed by other than the figure's controller. A push needs to fulfill the requirements to end movement, and the figure is exiting and entering the respective spaces.

Also if Shyla Varad chooses a figure within 3 spaces (so she could choose an adjacent figure too) and pushes it (up to 3 spaces) one (1) space - again adjacent to her - then could not she also use Parting Blow as a Brawler? She could do it herself

Yes. But she would become stunned, so cannot perform the attack part of Mandalorian Whip.

My mistake, already fixed above.

The second Parting BLow could be used with looking for a fight

Not without removing stunned first though.

In summary: Shyla herself using Parting Blow with Mandalorian Whip doesn't seem a good idea, because both gives her the same attack, and Parting Blow gives her stunned. Someone else performing Parting Blow (or two other figures performing two Parting Blows) during Mandalorian Whip would be handy.
