I see problem with points values of units/upgrades on cards. Its unchangeable. What if some units/upgrades are/will be unbalanced? (maybe not now but in next waves) In Wh40k each edition has it's op factions, units or special rules. Like 7th edition necrons...

There's always house rules to correct them but community for Turnaments will have to write some erratum.

Solution = FAQ updates from time to time.

I don't think FFG has every changed the point cost in a game. They will change upgrades and upgrade slots though.

They’ve changed the point costs of several characters in Destiny. Outside of that I’m not sure.

In X-wing, FFG has released upgrade cards that decrease the cost of one or more other upgrade cards. Where there is a will, there sure as heck be a way. xD

Given the errata for Destiny, X-Wing and Armada that came out about the same time I think FFG are changing their stance on errata and such. I feel they are now at a place where they see that it may be necessary for the health of a game to look after the problems and make sure the game is and remains healthy.

Also, in X-Wing, Poe did get a new card and received a Pilot Skill upgrade.
