This actually looks like it could be a very neat game. I'd like to see actual gameplay footage and know what sort of game it is though. Is it a 3rd person adventure game? A fps? Is it going to basically be The Last of Us in the mythos setting?

I still thinks it's Command & Colors, the Richard Borg system that Command & Colors: Ancients, Memoir '44 and Battlelore were all built on top of.
Or, it's to do with dosage of Ancient Ones in injection form.
