Bugs detected?

Hi guys.

First i have to say that I am juiced-up about this game and can't wait to get my hands on it but... I already see some problems with mechanic.

What if i take 5 troops, Vader and AT-ST and give order to mech and Commander so there want be any place for "random unit" move? Tokens dont have numbers so when i want to move troopers i take from random token pool.

If i got troops unit with heavy weapon. I shoot at 2 different targets. (one with heavy weapon second with rest of squasha) does precise1 rule apply to both shootings? Or precise2 with targeting scopes? If so would it mean its always better to shoot on different targets to recive extra reroll?

I read the rulebook from pictures here. I hope it was demo rulebook.

What do You think guys? Maybe You found something else?

Precise only stacks when you spend an aim token.

With regards to the 5 corps, Vader and AT-ST, your plan works unless you need to play Ambush or Implacable. Then you have limited control, also you have missed some variety in speeder bikes. It's not a bug, it adds to the strategy of your list

Exactly. That first part is not a bug, it’s a feature.

Rules questions before the release of an RRG are the best.

Eh, between the previews and the learn to play book being revealed, we can answer a fair number of questions.

To elaborate a bit on what others have already said;

A) Yes, when you have multiple units of a particular type, you can activate any unit matching that token. If all the remaining random tokens are of the same type, you'll know exactly what units you can activate. That being said, your example will not be able to activate the AT-ST and Vader every turn as only 3 of your 7 commands will be able to activate Vader and a Heavy unit (And remember, each order card is discarded after you use it except for Standing Orders, the weakest generic order).

B) As described above, precise only works if you spend an aim token. That being said, you could get re-rolls on two separate attacks if you have two aim tokens, which is possible if you combine General Veers's spotter ability and a normal aim token (by rolling both aim tokens).

C) Yes, that's the learn to play guide. The Rules Reference which acts as the definitive source for rules has not been released yet, and will only be available online.

EDIT: Whoops, double post

3 is minimum, max is 6 (for a full 800 point force)
