Does that token result THEN get juked to a focus?

No. Attacker modifies defence dice first, and has to take their opportunity to use Juke before the defennder mods and uses the token.

C3PO CAN be Juked though, because his timing is when the dice are rolled, so the result is added then.

Juke is used in the current meta to either force a focus token to be used and then maybe get a damage pushed through. With all these ships with so much evade modifications... it has lost its shine. Its great on Omega Leader.
