Character Creation: Conjuror

Hi all! I had these character ideas rattling around in my head, and thought I’d put them out there for fun. Comment or critique as you will. I’ve made four separate posts you can check out: King, Conjuror, Gambler, and Vampire.

Stats:
Strength: 2
Craft: 4

Life: 4
Fate: 2

Home Base: The City
Alignment: Neutral

Powers:
You have a special Adventure Card storage space called “up your sleeve”. Cards that are “up your sleeve” are face down in your play area. You may have a maximum of 2 cards “up your sleeve”.

When you are about to draw a card from the adventure deck, if you do not have 2 cards “up your sleeve”, you may first look at the card privately and decide whether to encounter the card or put it “up your sleeve”. You do not draw a replacement card when you put a card “up your sleeve”.

Whenever a player is about to encounter an adventure card just drawn from the deck, you can replace that card with one of the cards of the same type “up your sleeve” (i.e. replace enemies with enemies, places with places, etc.). Replaced Event cards fizzle to the discard pile. All other card types drop to the player’s current location and cannot be encountered or picked up this turn.
