Honestly, I have a piece of string I've started bringing, defeats the shaky hand deal, and only gets busted out when someone argues my unfailing, never wrong square counting method @macmastermind so intelligently explained. Finally geometry class is paying off!

This is why IA is much better imo. Whether you have to use a string, a laser or good ol' geometry, line of sight can undoubtedly be proved...unlike X-Wing where players can argue all night and still be salty after a TO makes the call.

Forgive my question, as my laser line isn't handy;

Wouldn't the red scrub figure NOT be able to have line of sight to shoot back?

It does. from top right corner it sees top left corner (count 5 spaces toward red blocking terrain and then next 5 spaces toward target corner. Black wall doesn't block LoS to upper right corner (count 4 spaces toward the wall and then another 4 spaces to see, that it goes way above)

edit. CORNERS, not EDGES obviously

How often does Greedo hit that shot? I guess focused with accuracy surge he can.

I bought a second army painter one but its defective. I've tried everything but it won't work

Focused GIA odds on this shot against single black die are as follows:

1 damage - 49%

2 damage - 49%

3 damage - 47%

4 damage - 43%

5 damage - 27%

6 damage - 6%

7 damage - 1%

However if you add +2 acc from Hera it goes WAAAAY higher

Ah yes, because the figure doesn't block line of sight to its own corners.
