It is a fleshy ISD? That's the only one I care about.

I think this answers the question quite unequivocally......

@Chili-52 Pardon my ignorance, but who are those people in the photo? I'm assuming the person on the left is part of BoLS, but I do not recognize by sight the person on the right.

That's the designer, Alex.

AH! Thank you! That makes sense then.

I think they are excited as the person on the right has discovered a colour other than black.

Okay. If the impact stacks, here is another question relating to them. Can a unit of troopers use these against a T-47 Airspeeder? It certainly doesn't make sense for a range 1 weapon to be thrown at speeder whizzing by at height of 2-3. The concussion grenades have keyword blast and speeders are immune to them, which makes sense because infantry don't throw grenades at aircraft. That's what rocket launchers are for. :-)

IMO- having a unit of 5 stoomtroopers get an impact of 5 for 16 upgrade points (11 for extra trooper + 5 for grenades) is way under-costed/unbalanced. Total cost of the upgrade stormtrooper unit is 60 pts. They are rolling 5 black dice (and can even use precise 1 if aimed). If you compare a unit that is more specifically designed to be anti-armor such as the aforementioned speeder (175 pts =impact 3 on 3 red + 3 black) or an AT-RT equipped w/ laser cannon (90 pts= impact 3 on 1 red + 3 black) the cost difference is huge. For a fraction of the cost, the troopers are a much more effective anti-armor unit. If you add the DLT-19, you now get to add 2 red dice into the Impact 5 pool! I know the "it's only range 1" argument, but one can also argue that the other anti-tank units have a fixed front gun.
