Squall and Sensor Net

By ovinomanc3r, in Star Wars: Armada Rules Questions

Just to be sure I did it correctly.

Squall: when you activate

Sensor Net: when a ship reveal a command dial.

So basically Squall would allow me to move a Lambda to move one objective token and then reveal its command to gain one victory token.

Yes. Squall basically happens before you reveal the dial, which is essentially the first “do something” part of activation of a ship

I loved that combo.

I certainly did not when I played against an opponent with Squall and THREE LAMBDAS!!! Suddenly, my Sensor Net objective did not work as I had intended.

Just place a squadron in front of the Token. or even on the token. Squall cannot be used to move a squadron into engagement.

I only had two VCXs on token duty ?

Just place the token close to an obstacle. ;)

When Squall or FCT move a Strat squad, does that trigger Strategic? (If you don't mind, quote me so I see this answer).

Yes. Squall and FCT both involving "moving" and Strategic is triggered when the squadron ends its movement.
