just as the question in the title reads, jedi fighters and trade federation ships can still be had at this point, maybe some have been found and have been pressed into service by the rebels and scum.

We do need the N-1. This game is incomplete without it.

The Z-95 and Scurrg and Gozanti AND sheathapede predate even the clone wars by about a decade. Them is some old ships, especially going against brand new FO stuff like the Silencer.

Question is, what do you do for the Confederacy? There are only a few designs ever shown and most would likely have to be relatively cheap swarm type ships.
Yes, there are some ships you could add for the Rebellion and early days of the Empire but I don’t think there is much design space in for the Confederacy.

Give the empire V-wings and a new type of astromech to go along with them, re-release the ARC-170 for empire as well.
Give the Rebels the N-1 and the Delta.
Give Scum a Tri-Fighter and Vulture Droids. They already have a ship with only droid pilots, so why not more...
The Empire could get the Eta-2, ARC-170, V-Wing, Z-95, Y-Wing, and Theta Shuttle. These are all craft used by the early Empire.

The N1 would be a difficult miniature. It is so slender. Bright yellow and chrome too. I'd be OK with it if Leia ends up as a badass. She needs to see some play.
If we get a Resistance Leia crew that is great, I no longer have any desire for the N1 or any other prequel era ships.

I'm all in favor of more Clone Wars-era ships. Ideally, I'd rather them release a third starter, with CIS and Republic factions. A Republic faction ARC-170 with its own title would make the "Alliance Overhaul" not an Auto-include with the ship. Also opens up the game for more play styles, and certainly makes as much if not more sense than just including the Resistance and FO as part of the Rebel and Imperial factions. We could still get a few "dual faction" ships, like the N-1 and V-Wing, but I'm much more interested in playing as the Clone Wars Republic than the Rebels with CW ships.
considering the number of player that would love clonewars era ship, I think FFG will bring them one day ( this represent good money you know). However, I don't see how they could fit those ship in the game without breaking the balance of power. My guess is that they may release a separate core set with specific rules and new factions. That finaly would be a separated game.

This game could definitely benefit from 2 more factions to open up design space, add more variety to the game, allow for more narrative options, and please players who like the Clone Wars era.
