Does anybody else have a desire to play smaller battles located on either the Deathstar or an imperial base. If so how would someone go about making corridor walls and doors?

Cardboard or foam board glued with same. Same way architects might do a mock-up of a building plan.

Take a look at some third party "moon base" mats for starters? Then as above make some walls.
