Upcoming SOS list help needed

Haven't played in a while but there is a good chance i will be attending SOS event next weekend but i can't decide which list to take... did some thinking around and i droped the idea to play stuff like

Miranda or Fen/Ghost and here is what i came up Rebels 1st:

This one is based on taking away opponents tokens, R3 allows Fenn to survive a bit longer as his shooting is crap anyway and i need it only to block my opponents dice modifications

For the Gunboats, have you thought about crackshot instead of deadeye? It seems somewhat redundant unless you expect BB8 Poe. Most people seem to (incorrectly) use R2D2 around here.

I feel like Fenn works best with FAA or R2, but that’s just my personal choice. I like the two x-wing phantom build and have flown versions myself, but I prefer two t-70s for aesthetic reasons. Jess with M9G8 and PT is a pretty good fit, and allows you to take PS9 Poe.

As for Imperial List i put those deadeyes on purpose the LRS have a huge drawback as i can't lock onto stuff at range two playing with just LRS i risk that my opponent will just escape with the ship i have locked and close in with the rest and i will not be able to use my missiles then... :/ Crack shoot is good but the deadeye's wil give me much needed flexibility.

Well Poe is PS8 version on Puprose it needs to shoot after Wes so my enemy will be out of tokens when Poe shoots. I could add him since my list has a 3 points bid... but the PS8 version works better with Wes.

I like list one, but I would make a couple small changes:

R2 Astro and Pulsed Ray Shield on Fenn.

Drop R2-D2 for BB-8 and Autothrusters on Poe.

Thanks for the feedback... i tossed in R2D2 to have at least some shield replenishment capability. I was thinking on R3-A2 on Fenn to use when necessary this should help me with Fenn/Ghost. Also im considering Autothrusters on Poe to make him a bit more tanky at long range. Pulsed Ray Shield gives me an Ion token isn't that dangerous???

I find that the TLs removed by BB-8 and the evades from AT will more than make up the difference in unregenerated shields.

I get your idea with R3-A2, but PRS regen will prevent the same amount of damage every turn, while keeping your offense slightly more viable. The Ion token isn't really a problem, because R2 Astro makes the Ionized move green, clearing his stress. However, he would be kinda limited in moving, which is why I prefer PRS/Nien Numb/FAA, because it does the same regen on a green Ion move (thanks Nien!), but also fixes your maneuverability a bit (thanks FAA!)

Well that is something to think about :)
