First player resolves, then second player.
Cue a rules forum guru to explain the interaction fully.
No, that’s as simple as it is.
1st player resolves ALL of his things with the same timing first, then the second player.
So say, if there are two opposing Raddus Bombs, the first player Raddus has to resolve COMPLETELY first, right the way down...
Then second player resolves his.

• If both players have effects with the same timing, the first player resolves all of his effects with that timing first.
Cool....this came up in a game and is how we played it.
It just seemed a little uncomfortable to me, as the 2nd player, as I noted that you could bomb in response to bomb....
Basically, as 2nd player, Raddus is hard counter to Raddus. Since 1st player cannot activate his Raddus ship first...but 2nd player Raddus can use his as his first activation.
