B-K-Fenn The Hunters of Hyperspace

Thinking of running a bizarre ssetup which could cause a lot of problems for some lists:

New Squadron (98)

Keyan Farlander — B-Wing 29
Push the Limit 3
Advanced Sensors 3
Bodhi Rook 1
B-Wing/E2 1

Miranda Doni — K-Wing 29
Sabine Wren 2
Bomblet Generator 3

Fenn Rau (Sheathipede) — Sheathipede-class Shuttle 20

Kanan Jarrus 3
Stealth Device 3
Ship Total: 27

Its a pretty simple set up, however, a few little combos at work. Bodhi Rook allows Farlander to target lock using a friendly ship, Fenn blocks modded shots, and Doni with Sabine allows bombs to cause damage to units within range 1. Thinking of dropping miranda for a warden squad pilot so I can drop the bombs in front of later moving craft.

What do you think, what could make it better?

So...I think you have 3 strong ship concepts with questionable loadouts.

Miranda NEEDS TLT. Then she's good. Without it she is a painfully obvious "I can ignore this ship as long as I want."

Fenn can lose Kanan and SD. Especially SD, as he is doomed to lose it real swift.

You can run a much more effective Keyan with Rage/Inspiring Recuit/Collision Detector, though my fav to to get Ezra somewhere in the list so you can fly Keyan Maullander.

With all that in mind, here's my thoughts:

You see, I dont feel Miranda needs TLT, she already has a 3 shot turret, going to 4 at short range. Yes she can still drop to 2 shots on the tlt and still score 2 hits in total, but I feel there are better options.

I do admit I like the idea of rage on farlander, but PTL, is still arguably a better option, as he can barrel roll AND focus/target lock and take a stress.

As for people ignoring miranda, sure they can, however thats dangerous to leave a heavily armoured regenerating ship alone till end game.

I do like that Fenn combo, and definitely can see the value in that set up. Will try them out and see how we go.

Her PWT is actually only 2. She REALLY needs TLT unless you have some serious jank going on. That is really not a dangerous ship to have to face late game. I'd be overjoyed to face a functionally 1 red die ship in the end game with basically nothing else.

If you really want PTL Keyan, I would run just that, though with Collision Detector.
