Wedge, because Fenn can sort of do Wes's job anyway and you're lacking a bit of hitting power. Having Wes at PS10 shoot after PS11 Fenn and Poe means you lose out of the main benefit of his ability. You ideally want Wes to shoot first and strip defence tokens, leaving your target vulnerable to the follow up attacks. Also, I'm not a huge fan of R3-A2 on T-65's because of the limited green moves. All too often I find a stressed X-Wing is a dead X-Wing (unless you've just K-turned behind the enemy).

However, if you could somehow make a viable Wedge/Wes/Poe list, that would be my choice.

I like Wedge personally. I went 3 - 1 at a quarterly tourny last weekend with

My own personal take on a Fenn loadout. Worked for me. Wedge is frail, but gets good damage in with M9's help. Then with M9 defensively, Fenn is really tanky.

Suites my flying style.

Personally, I don't like the combo of R2 Astromech and Nien Nunb on Fenn. I feel like they both do the same thing, and Nien only gets you the 4-straight. I'd go with only one or the other. Hotshot Copilot is a common crew, or M9-G8 droid, or I've got this really wacky idea for R2 Astromech, Pulsed Ray Shield, and Leebo (boost and take an Ion). Since R2 Astromech gives you a green Ion move, you can control your boost and regen a shield every turn. It'd also work with Flight Assist Astromech, Nien Nunb, and PRS. Even R2 Astromech and Inspiring Recruit seems better than both R2 and NN.

With Wes Jansen, he maxes out at PS 10 and his ability means he ought to attack first, so there'd be no reason not to take the PS 8 Poe for two fewer points, and little reason to go up to PS 11 on Fenn Rau (so 0-point Adaptability). That'd free up a pretty considerable number of points for nice things like Vectored Thrusters and HSCP on Fenn.

However, PS 11 is probably more important, so I'd probably just go with Wedge.

I agree with @theBitterFig doubling up on Nein and R2 astro is redundant, but I do like R2 Astro on Fenn a lot. I'd opt for Tactician as crew, it's been pretty fun to have that extra control element.

Comes with a 2 point bid that may not be enough to be honest... but better than nothing. I'd fly it, seems solid.

96 is a really aggressive bid.... try it. if you find it's too aggressive add a 2 point crew like tactician. I don't think I'd go all the way to 100.

I would personally use BB-8 instead of R2-D2 on Poe, bringing you down to 94, which lets you add both PRS and optionally a crew to Fenn
