This came up earlier today: My friend wanted to play Black Orc Squad, which I think costs 4 resources and has 2 loyalty symbols. He had no other units out, so he only had 1 loyalty symbol from his game board. Then he played We'z Bigga to play the Black Orcs for 3 resources. Does the loyalty symbol on We'z Bigga count towards his total, giving him two (and thus allowing him to play Black Orc Squad), or was he one resource short because of loyalty symbols?

Fairly certain that BOS costs 3-O (3 Resources + 1 Orc Loyalty), since I seem to recall playing it on turn one at times. Anyway, let's say a card titled Black Orc Mob costs 4-OO. We'z Bigga drops this to 3-OO, but Tactics don't add loyalty (either FAQ or a ruling), so first turn he would be one short.
