3 Rebel Fleets, Which Admirals/Builds?

By Shadoq, in Star Wars: Armada

Howdy everyone,
Yes I know the title sounds like the start of a really bad joke...3 rebel fleets walk into a bar...

Now to the actual topic.
My local gaming group is about to start a new Corellian conflict.
This is my second one(first as a scummy Rebel), 3rd time for two other players, and first time for one other player.
All three of the other players expressed interest in playing Imperials and since I got to play Imps last time I proposed a 'slightly' crazy idea my opposition accepted.

I will command 3 separate Rebel fleets while the other 3 players will each control a single Imperial fleet.
It is nuts, and will be gloriously epic. I am very excited to solo command 1500 points for the All Out Assault game.

My thought right now is to build the following fleets and Admirals:

-Adm: Dodonna, Fleet: Double Liberty and fighters.
I have practice with this fleet up to 500 points so I'm fairly confident using it.

-Adm: Ackbar, Fleet: IF! Pelta, CR90s, and Assault Frigate?
I have not played Ackbar in a VERY long time and not a terrible fan of DOOOM pickles so I'm thinking the above?

Adm: Raddus, Fleet: Double MC75(Aspiration) and Support
I have not played a single game with an MC75 yet. It seems to me to be a big Rebel Gladiator which I enjoy driving and I want a brawler list.

Thoughts? Any alternative suggestions?
I haven't tried Sato, Yavaris, or Rieekan builds and I'm not sure a fairly competitive CCampaign is a wise place to experiment.
I have personally or access to 2 or more of every Rebel ship, and more than enough squadrons(20 X Wing Squadrons alone) for reference.

TL;DR
You are commanding 3 separate Rebel fleets of up to 500 points, which Admirals and General Builds would you consider for each?

Sato MC75 with lots of bombers. This is the best Base Defense list I've made. Since your second player, you take Fighter Wing and add 4 more Y-Wings. And Bail can give you first player, so you'll have a massive advantage.
