• Veteran Instincts/Hotshot Copilot/Gunner is very nice, especially with Juke on Ryad as well.
• I'm not convinced about operations specialist.
  • Yes, if you trigger gunner, you get a free focus token. But focus is the token chiraneau needs least - zero agility and his own dice-modifying ability cover most things you want one for. I guess focus/evade/target lock/juke Ryad is nice, but you can get focus/evade anyway.
• Twin Ion Engines MkII on Ryad isn't bad , but you're not giving her Push The Limit, so she shouldn't be stressed very often at all - the has white turns, green straights and green K-turns and no self-stress abilities.
  • If you can find the points, Stealth Device isn't a bad call on a TIE/x7 - agility 4 with focus and evade is a nightmare to hit, especially with Chiraneau pinching your tokens before you shoot.

If I drop the Operations specialist, I should have the points. So where does the last one go?

I would defintely take Mk II on the defender. A LOT of stress going around. I think I would pay the one point to get PS 7 on your defender, but that might be a personal preference.
Get Rebel captive on your decimator, it will ruin a lot of peoples days, and control your opponent's shooting and moving. =) Just remember that if you get stressed or bumped, you are screwed with the defender.

I would trade OpSpec for Kylo. That is one **** of a brutal combo.

Yeah, I'd dump Opspec for kylo, and drop dauntless. In theory, juke ryad can be good, but I've never made it work in practice. Her shooting at PS5 typically means that she's getting shot at a lot before she shoots.
