I really think the Scum ship is a new Falcon. So I'd say in time for Solo, May 25th.

Usually takes about three months so some time in May is pretty certain.

Opening and closing S foils on the Mini. Servomoter (S-Foils) is a 2 sided modification card (Four per pack) 0 point modification. Three copies of renegade refit, uses up your torp slot but allows you to equip 2 different extra modifications for -2 points (also reduces any EPT you pick down by 1 point) -2 point cost. So 5 Rookie pilots, Servomoter (S-foils), Renegade Refit, Integrated Astromech, R5 Astromech On all of the ships. Squad total 100 points woo baby!"I am a leaf on the wind, watch how I soar"!

May 24th, as that's the date when the first showings of Solo will be out.
I'll also go a step further and say that FFG will be expanding the size of the wave with their announcements at Worlds, to include new product tied to Solo that they couldn't announce before.
