So he's PS7, and after doing a barrel roll or boost he gets a free flip of the S-Foils. PS7 to keep him from being broken. Yep, the T-65 fix is for real. They obviously don't want the ps8-9 pilots getting OP. The s-foils flip mechanic is gonna be HUUUGE

The last bit says "At the ... phase...." which leads me to believe its normally something you flip at the end of the turn, but this guy can abuse it mid-turn.

Question is what could possibly be good enough to justify a whole pilot ability over it w/o being so good it breaks the everliving crud out of other pilots?

With FAA, he's probably insane.
