Stealth Device on Soontir is God Mode durability. I'd think about that over targeting computer if durability is your aim.

Also consider with OL, and Countdown both of them will melt to the hyper accurate ghost TLT barrage ... even if you lock the ghost, first turn of engage you have a single evade to resist 4 rounds of tlt ... and countdown will just die to TLT as his ability doesn't affect it?
