In my area we call that build Busta Rhymes.
Combine with Snap Shot on Mauler and Turr Phennir for a gimmicky ace list.
I've flown against it once ... it certainly increases the board control having snap tactician. The problem is that the chassis it's on melts to sustained fire ... and he is an obvious first target. He lacks the ability to kite, or effectively flee.
It's gimmicky and fun though, so never write it off, as games are meant to be fun
I call it No Fly Zone .

I faced that build (without LWF) at Copenhagen Systems open paired with a QD and Inquisitor. Was a fun match, where I had to kill Rhymer first (I flew poe/norra/fenn)
I ended up losing, due to missing my last shot on QD with focus/tl, but ah well. Try it out, it is a super annoying piece.
