I am new to this mechanic and how to use it properly and would like an explanation on it please. I am wanting to play Lowhhrick and if i want to use the reinforce action for a wingmate do i spend the toke on that ship as i would do normally for lets say a focus/evade or any other action?

Essentially. When you have the opportunity to modify defense dice for a friendly ship, you can spend Lowhhrick's reinforce token, in order to add one evade result to the other ship's dice pool.
