Hello I have all three core rulebooks and would like to learn how to play the game over Skype. If interested, please reply.
Looking for a Teacher
I think everyone would start by saying "read the books".
At least one of them needs to be read really. The core rules doesn't change between them but there are some differences in items, talents, etc because of the themes of the core books. They are all 3 compatible with one another and the books mention how to work multiple types of the special character mechanics into a mixed party (the special character mechanics being Obligation, Duty, Morality).
Also, if you're into podcasts (if you're not, I'd start learning how to be like I did), start listening to the Order 66 Podcast. http://feeds2.feedburner.com/order66
Questions are always welcome on the forums here and while it's possible someone might be up for teaching you the entire book, I think that would be pretty rare as most of us here are GMs that spend our free time working on our own games.
Read one of the books, and then find a group where you can be a player. This isn't rocket science. With a basic understanding of character creation and how the dice work you can be playing in minutes. If you're playing with more experienced people they can help you through the more complicated rules.
If you're starting a group with all newbies then read a bit more indepthly and just understand that every once in a while you're going to have to stop to check a rule. The Index is pretty good. Our group started out with nobody having played any game remotely like this one and we just fumbled our way through it until we had it (mostly) down. We still occasionally run into a "how does that work again" moment and either make it up in the moment, or if we feel it's really important we'll take a minute to go look it up.
"Teacher" is a consular specialization in the "disciples of harmony" force and Destiny career book (for consulars)

These are great, they are all about how to use and read the dice in situations you will/may encounter during play. Start at the bottom, the oldest ones, and work you way back:

Another way is to pick up the Edge of the Empire Beginner box. It's a great adventure that eases you into the rules plus you get a set of dice
