Is there a version of the Character Sheet for EotE that is not only form fillable, but helps tabulate the dice pool? I found a youtuber (Deadlock) that went through the steps of character creation of a droid bounty hunter where he showcased such a character sheet. However, I didn't see any links on his page for the sheet, nor have I been able to find any active links to such a character sheet.

Being a newbie to the game, any assistance is appreciated.

Have you tried Oggdude's character generator. It's a fan made character creation program that does it all. There should be a thread fairly near the top with links, or you can just Google Oggdude's Character Generator.

Only downside is that it has to limit the amount of copyrighted material, so most of the descriptions just read "see page xx." That said you can go into the data editor and fill in the data yourself.

It will do the trick for you. Once you install it and create a character, you can print the character sheet (in one of several formats), and it will show you the dice pools, including any “extras” like boosts, setback removal, etc that come from talents.

Yes, it's a zip file. If you are using Windows you should be able to right click on the icon and unzip it. I can't remember if it says unzip or unarchive, but something like that.
