Going Fishin' (V2)

Hi all. I've flown this list, or a variant of it, three times now and it is a lot of fun. Would you change anything major? I'm going to run it this Sunday methinks. Version 1 had a Quadjumper with tractor, and courier droid instead of the Scyk.

Dalan Oberos with Veteran Instincts, Harpoon Missiles, Contraband Cybernetics

N'Druk Suhlak with Harpoon Missiles and Adaptability

Kavil with Adaptability and Synced Turrets

Cartel Spacer with Heavy title, Mangler Cannon

Bullseye is pretty awesome when you can line it up and those harpoons are lots of fun. Contraband Cybnernetics is there to make sure target locks happen when they have to, or a focus to make sure it is going to be a good hit on a bullseyed or previously TL'd target. I just need to remember to get N'Druk off on his/her own and to keep the Cartel back at range 3 for a good defense and hopefully exploiting shots against harpooned ships.

Looks like a fun list, but I would definitely swap out the spacer for Sunny. Good blocks, and when her ability procs it's just gravy......

Sunny is one of the few scum ships I don't have unfortunately.

So my first instinct is to ditch a ship as is and make your other 3 stronger.

However, sticking with 4 (which is strong these days):

Kavil REALLY doesn't like Synched Turret - he wants to shoot outside arc, it wants to shoot inside arc, and it doesn't work well.

Clusters on N'dru might actually be stronger than harpoons.

Don't forget guidance chips.

Actgually, I love Kavil with Synced and Deadeye (R4 Agromech for a bonus if you have points).

You don't rely on target lock to shoot, (meaning if it gets wiped your Kavil can still be like whaddup) and you get mods inside and outside of arc + focus and a potential target lock from the previous round if it wasn't wiped.

I've posted this in a bunch of threads now, but if you aren't 100% set on Harpoons, I absolutely love concussions on Dalen with G+C. I don't know about cybernetics, if you have been finding them useful, by all means keep them, I would personally take the title instead. That way when you get someone in your bullseye, you get two mods (Guidance plus the blank from concussions), they take stress if they shoot you, and they get no mods!

If your gunning and enjoying the harpoon buildout though thats totally fine as well (I can't do Jedi Mindtricks. *you will change your list*)

I personally just haven't used them because I feel like a jerk and I've just been having too much fun with concussions! :)

The blocker is totally up to you. I love the tugboat because of the pure tractor beaming shenanigans you can do with it. I don't have Sunny but according to literally the entirety of the community that I've seen, she be pretty good.
