That is annoying for sure.

But as someone who has to see translation stuff a lot, translation is a lot harder than you think. And the people doing the translating probably are doing it for multiple games, and might not catch a mistake like that.

Still, its not good quality control. =)

You can't even even get double hit with the English version, it is set to a single hit symbol only.

As I linguist I know translation is harder than expected but it is not that hard. We could discuss if against should be contra or a but removing a syntagma completely?

He accidentally the whole syntagma!

So, in Spain and other spanish-speaking countries they got the better side of the coin In polish version Jaina's Light was translated so that you were prohibited from making obstructed attacks

A long time ago I got my Star Wars Trading Card Game starter set (a good game in my opinion but unfortunately didn't last long) in spanish and there was a card that was too good. After many plays I got to see the original english version of the card and knew that it was translated incorrectly as the card was made to target a tapped unit and in spanish it said "enderezada" which was the translation for untapped.
From that time I decided to collect all games in its original language as I hate those kind of translation mistakes and have a card that says it does something it shouldn't do.
