Hi
Ship is destroyed by single Harpoone Missile attack. Does it get condition - that that way damaging other ships?
Harpoone Missile attack
No.
Per FAQ, the condition is applied after the attack has resolved, which means after everything related to the attack, including removing destroyed ships.

There is actually one unusual situation where the condition could be placed before the ship is removed. If the targeted ship is still on the table thanks to the Simultaneous Attack Rule, nothing prevents the Harpooned condition from being applied. And while the ship has sustained lethal damage, it is not considered "destroyed" (per the simultaneous attack rule) until after the completion of its combat activation. Then, after the attack is complete, the ship is officially "destroyed," which triggers the Harpooned condition. After it's resolved, then the ship is removed from the table.
It's a very unusual and unlikely situation to come up in a game, but it's worth considering.

No thespaceinvader has it correct, As of the latest FAQ this has been clarified, that "harpooned" is applied after step 10 of the attack timing chart, and ships destroyed that were not removed earlier due to simultaneous fire are removed during step 10. once step 10 is completed "harpooned" would be applied but the ship is already gone.
From the latest FAQ:
Q: When does an effect that triggers "after attack resolves" occur?
A: It occurs after Step 10 on the Timing Chart (see "Timing Chart for Performing an Attack" on page 8).
Edit:
Ignore me, I forgot about a couple things.

No you were right.
Although there is some inconsistency in the rules for this that I've been banging on about since Harpoons came out.
Many players would appreciate some clarification on destroyed vs removed
Technically with simultaneous fire the ship is still destroyed (per the timing chart) before the attack ends, it just isn't removed until later. Unfortunately for clarity, destroyed and removed are often treated as interchangeable synonyms.

could it be that destroyed is used as a means to let simultanious fire pass/happen (without beeing forgotten for other effects during that attack), but the removed part is mainly used to finish this step.(resolution)
