Same as before. Any cool/uniquely effective/interesting Striker builds?
LET'S BUILD: TIE Striker
I've had some success with Duchess with ptl, engine upgrade and title. That ship has bonkers manoeuvrability when needed. Problem is in my meta are a lot of PS 9+ which means I usually regret not going the vanilla (and cheaper) VI, LWF, title build with her. IMO strikers need to be kept lean as one little mistake (with a very difficult ship to fly!) often ends in them exploding!
•"Duchess" (27) - TIE Striker
•Lone Wolf (2), Adaptive Ailerons (0), Lightweight Frame (2)
This is one of my favorite builds in the entire game.
I love Sabacc with LWF title and adaptability +1.
Countdown with title and hull upgrade is nice too.

I've only used a TIE Striker once but it was the Duchess/VI/Title/LWF build you mentioned. I was impressed with the ships manouverability and ability to react to my opponents, but disappointed with the limited ability to modify my attack dice as even at range 1 I struggled to hit things.
Scarif Defender with Adaptive Ailerons and Lightweight Frame (20 pts) x5.
that is all
Whilst I agree with @PoorGreedo , other things to consider:
- As a rule, keep strikers cheap - they're designed to be a 'budget' version of an interceptor and unless it's your only ship (furball) you don't want to overload them with options
-
A striker with engine upgrade is fragile but fun to fly.
- Otherwise default to lightweight frame
-
Countdown (specifically) has arguments in favour of hull upgrade or twin ion engines mkII
- Yes, he can 'keep stealth device forever' but only if he doesn't get shot multiple times in a turn, for one point more than lightweight frame, to 3/4 of the time do the same job.
- Veteran Instincts duchess (cheap PS10) is a good call.
- Pure Sabbac, even with Veteran Instincts, can't reach 'good' PS, so unless you expect PS6-7 opponents for some reason, I tend to recommend crack shot, to make that one shot you get out of him hurt more.
- Adrenaline Rush, Lightning Reflexes and Wired are all good. Strikers love their insanely flexible red dials.
