I figure the biggest problem with the jam token is that it just removes one token/nullifies one action. So I'm trying to figure out the best way to stack them to stop more actions! Here's what I've come up with so far:

Roark makes sure Blount gets a chance to set up the rest without getting PS-killed, then the Bandits stack as much jamming as they can manage. My hope is that without token mods the target will be soft enough for the mini-swarm to take them out before they recover.
Opinions and criticism? Has anyone else tried to make Jamming work?
