Dictors are OP

I feel like a Suppresion refit with title, Scramblers, GSR, Tua/ECM, and HIE would compare favorably to an equivalent cost (118) MC80C

How does the comparison go to a Kuat with ECM, though?

Worse defense tokens and less HP than Kuat. Better defenses than Kuat due to scramblers. Roughly equivalent double arc damage once crit effect is considered, so Kuat comes ahead one not needing that double arc. Superior board control. Slower, but as maneuverable at speed two where it counts

Less room to expand.

EDIT: Damage curve is a bit odd. Kuat does more at long and short. Interdictor does more at medium

EDIT2: If you assume only front arc from the Kuat and double from the Interdictor (not unreasonable), this Interdictor outdoes the Kuat in Damage once in close-medium
