Citruscanon has X-wing cards with the revamped text on them. Don't know if that qualifies for this list.

The "frame" cards in there are a completely new type of upgrade, and a lot of the cards have completely different text on them, so I would say that those are custom cards.

I did a Pulsar Skate Expansion Pack some time ago. Hasn't seen a ton of table time, but I believe it is pretty balanced.
