The fact that Kasdan (and son) wrote this goes a long way, also the description of the film as a bromance between Han and Chewie also makes me happy. Still a bit cautious, but maybe just maybe this movie won’t suck.

No way. There's no notable divide anywhere, and no telltale glass canopy that ships have.

This long section is one of two things: A Corellian HEMI you can thank Lando for, or just, stock cargo space that Han got rid of later to increase its raw speed.

The ‘new’ section between the forks probably gets blasted and is ejected during film. And Han never bothered to replace it.

Han was very much into cutting stuff apart and rerouting things. In a bizarre way, the Falcon is like an ugly.

Hilariously, this YT-1300 stock model looks very clean and presentable. Such a strange term to associate with a Corellian vessel.

The Tantive IV was very clean and sleek, the first CEC ship on screen, well the first SW ship on screen!

Well, it does explain the incredulity of everyone in (1977) 'Star Wars' when they saw the ship.

"What a piece of junk! " or "You came in that thing? You're braver than I thought..."

Those lines really never made a lick of sense if every YT-1300 looked like the Falcon.

On the other hand, if you are used to seeing YT-1300s that look like this ...

...and the ship your pilot shows up in looks like that ...

Well. Then the reactions make PERFECT sense.

Thank you. My thoughts exactly, in part because I want to share my own love for Star Wars and it IS a Star Wars game, but if there are those that wanted it moved I would rather just have the mods move it like they did.

I am not sure why the trialer counts as ‘on topic’ and stills are ‘off topic’ but here we are. I just hope people still catch these great still imagery.

also what’s up with the exhaust marks radiating from the center of the saucer rather than from the direction of flight? Does it have something to do with gravity/EM/space tech?
