League play is casual games of X-Wing played over the course of 2 months. During the first 7 weeks each member of the league has 1 week to play up to 2 games of X-Wing. Every game you play earns you 3 league points and ever game you win earns you 1 additional point. After those 7 weeks of play your best 4 weeks will be used as part of your league score. This score will be combied with any achievements earned for your overall league score,
The league is formated to reward participation but not punish those who simply can't make it ever week, but if they do they can be rewarded.
The top 8 players will then play off during Championship week (week 8) to determine the champion. Everyone else will play for chances at winning additional items out of the league kit.
Everyone has a chance a winning official FFG prizes. Anyone can play a game during our league nights regardless if they are a part of the league but only league members will be eligible for prizes. A league game can be played anytime during store hours but our scheduled meet up time is Wednesdays 5 pm to close.
Entry- $15 (This covers all 2 months of play)

Format- 100 point dog fight you may change your list in between matches with exception of the finals. Anyone who qualifies for Championship week must use the same list.
Prizes- The prizes will come from everyone's pooled entry fee. 100% of the entry goes towards prize support which can include but not limited to FFG Official Kits, Alt Art Varients, New FFG Products, Store Credit, Trophies, & Playmats
Ranked League Rules (Subject to change)
With the influx of new players, our desire is to nurture their skill and love of the game. Competitive players want to play competitively by not at the expense of new/casual players.
We want new/casual players to have an attainable level of success. We hope that this will encourage them to come back and continue to invest in the game.
With more stores running X-wing events and becoming more competitive, we want to create environments for all levels of players. The purpose of the league is to reward participation and provide growth within a players skill set.
General Rules:
1. All games must be played at Pastimes
2. Can not play the same player twice in one night (unless there is no choice).
3. All score sheets should be submitted into league box
4. The first 2 games are counted toward league scoring
5. All games played that night should be recorded for Tie Breakers
6. The best 4 weeks of play are counted toward league standings
7. League is held over 2 months with the last week being championship week.
8. League games can be submitted until the Sunday before championship week.

2 Ranks of league
Ranks for initial run of league is assigned on preference of player and /or history of play. For example Brandon MUST be an veteran (multiple league champ, etc)
Veterans Rank is for:
Highest level of competitive play.
Top meta squads.
Practicing for major events
Squad member Rank is for:
Casual Play
New Players
Limited Experience

Changing Rank
Squad Members
If you win the championship and your win percentage for the entire league is above 65% they MUST be promoted to the veteran Rank
if a squad member has a win percentage above 60% they have the option to move Rank but do not have to.
NOTE: Percentages subject to change; need to review past data
Veterans
If a players win percentage is under 50% in the Veteran Rank they will be moved to the squad member Rank

Petitions
A player can petition to change Rank based on outside league performance (Store championships, regional, etc)
