It's a long time in coming after Lucas tried and ended up with a canned hundred hours of written plots for a live action series now it seems it is going to happen. With star wars rebels ending I'm sure Dave Filoni will be doing the live action. As I have read multiple sources that he had been working with series directors for live action tv to learn that part of the trade.
Could this be what the GoT guys have been hired for?

Wow... that's really interesting. One can feel the difference between animation and live action.
This is really exciting. I hope it goes like 1313, as originally rumored some years ago.

What? Cancelled?
I'm optimistic. TV shows are a good way to see more of the universe, and not every story ark has to be a galaxy effecting event. You can see a bit more of everyday life in the universe. If "fans" could unbend a little there's a lot that could be done. I love the usual action adventure, but I'd love to see a comedy series, or a drama, or espionage. Skies the limit.

I could do without Dave Filoni being involved because I could also do without Rebels.
