Let me begin by saying that I don't blame Fantasy Flight for this. I think the OP program they proposed was a fantastic idea in theory but there have been a lot of problems implementing it. I fully applaud FFG for being upfront with the fact that that data collection and integration was a more massive undertaking than expected, and I think it's no skin off their nose to admit that they bit off more than they could chew. In addition, they've had their priorities straight, getting the updated RRG out first, staying on track with Stronghold Kits, and keeping the Koteis on schedule. That said, to date parts of the OP that have not been fully implemented include:

• Hall of Honor. The hatamoto have not been updated since World's. We're over two months since the first post-world's event and there have been four Kotei (including the Grand Kotei) since then.
• Bonus Favor points have not been awarded at any Kotei/Grand Kotei. It's unknown if Favor points in general are being recorded.
• Clan Standings page has not been updated with Favor Points, Glory Points, or Elemental Points.

Personally I would have much rather FFG had waited until the second year of the game to introduce some of these complex OP features. It's not that it's impossible to track but it's a lot of data to crunch and the further FFG gets behind the harder it becomes to catch up.
