It's weird that the US site just does the really vague "on the boat stuff" when other affiliates are assigning dates.

Seeing the Veers wave come separately from the Leia wave kinda put me off (as I plan on playing Rebels). But if the 2 kits per month model is accurate... I suppose I can put up with the staggered releases. At that point both sides will have a big enough selection of units within the first six months of release that I wont be bothered a bit.

If the staggering keeps them from delaying stuff to ensure simultaneous releases, I can live with it. It's also easier on our wallets in some ways, as single faction players only need to budget for purchases every other month, and those of us that want EVERYTHING *cough cough* have a smaller quantity of kits to buy per release.

It’ll also make keeping up with painting that much easier for single faction players. That’s always been my biggest struggle.

I’ll have a small Imperial force since I’m getting two cores. Big enough to let people use to demo 800 pt games. But once they’re done getting painted I won’t have to worry about getting out my brushes every other month which is nice. Unless they release something for Imperials I absolutely *need*.

I can not afford to be buying even single faction every other month new hotness.

Hopefully purchases are much more optional for this game than others before it.

Well. This thread was about the core games release date and it has been out for a month. It would seem Veers is dropping tomorrow and Snowtroopers next week if another thread in here can be believed.
