Oh...then maybe a quasar?
As Armada is the first and only miniatures game I've ever played it's obvious that I've never painted mini's before. But... I've never been afraid to try new things!
Going to drop my turn counter than I made out of a d6 here. Basic paint colors, followed by random buffing by a dremel.
It’s certainly a beaut, any plans to put it on your store? I would love to get my hands on a greyscale one of those!
A work in progress to rebump the thread to front page:

Hey @E-Man720
Painting is one of the best parts about this Armada. Except for Interdictors, I don't paint my capital ships, but definitely my squadrons. Certainly no professional, but it sure is fun to field an entirely painted fleet of squadrons. Even if you end up getting tabled, your fleet probably still looks better than your opponent's. Thanks to MotF for their painting tutorials!

Just got my ships in from the latest sale at Mel's. Primed, painted, and ready to play.

(Basically, I want to post, but I liked the older main forum painting thread and a new topic seems a waste, I cant be the only one who feels that)
Looked even better in the flesh at the Euros.

Apologies for the mess, still sorting the Office/spare room out.

? Battle of Britain, Dambusters themes or the RAF march. ?
I finished my first ship, the WSF separatist dreadnought.
I like the result, as I said it is my first, with a brush, painted ship.
I will buy the Nebula sd. in the new medium material next. Any advice for the painting?
I may buy an airbrush set to paint it.
Hello everybody, I just recently got into armada and loved the idea of painting squadrons, so here's some of my first attempts.

A lot of these are really rough I know, but I love painting things at this scale.

That kinda depends on what style you are after.
Can't go wrong with @Drasnighta , but I can't remember if he has done an Imperial ships tutorial.
Honestly, find a style you like, and pick the artist's brain. Everyone here is more than happy to help.
