I think that the bulls-eye firingarc makes up for the lack of slam (maybe not, but IMO it does )

Its a little different but I have a bad experience with fenn + Harpoons. I only played with it once but nuked dash off the table in 2 turns, although then go slaughtered by Poe, as my Kimos could never get arc and he was ps11.

This. Fenn's gotta be pretty careful about finishing off harpooned targets. His love of range one and the exploding condition isn't a great fit. I think you can probably fly around the problem, but you're likely giving your opponent a dead man's switch vs. Rau.
