Sry for wall of text. Tl;dr: lists and questions at the bottom, feel free to comment.
So I will be playing on a regional - my first. It is 80 players with 6 rounds, cut should be 16. 6 rounds sounds really exhausting to me and therefore experience should really pay dividends.
Initially I was really tempted to go for rebels, but since I am sick at home and missed out on a few X-Wing dates, I don't see that I have the time left to work out something new (date is in two weeks from now).
Therfore sticking to some hopefully competitive ships and pilots I know and like to fly is maybe the best. This brings me to the faction of scum and villainy. At least being sick on the couch gives plenty of time to tinker with squad builders in between the coughing ![]()
So I nailed it down to this:
Either dual Firesprays, but then I have no questions. Fast games, plenty of time to relax and eat.
Or Fenn, a bumpmaster and a Starviper Mk.II
No four ship jank list, my mind will be lost after two or three games...
