Sry for wall of text. Tl;dr: lists and questions at the bottom, feel free to comment.
So I will be playing on a regional - my first. It is 80 players with 6 rounds, cut should be 16. 6 rounds sounds really exhausting to me and therefore experience should really pay dividends.
Initially I was really tempted to go for rebels, but since I am sick at home and missed out on a few X-Wing dates, I don't see that I have the time left to work out something new (date is in two weeks from now).
Therfore sticking to some hopefully competitive ships and pilots I know and like to fly is maybe the best. This brings me to the faction of scum and villainy. At least b
eing sick on the couch gives plenty of time to tinker with squad builders in between the coughing
So I nailed it down to this:
Either dual Firesprays, but then I have no questions. Fast games, plenty of time to relax and eat.
Or Fenn, a bumpmaster and a Starviper Mk.II
No four ship jank list, my mind will be lost after two or three games...
