It is strange to me that you would incorporate your house rule set. It is like you are only writing this only for your game group as the majority of people will be playing the game as written. Just seems like a lot of work for a very small target audience.
That said, it is well done, and well written and I still found it useful (tho could have been more so particularly in the race sections as some are written to use your house rules heavily).
