Yes. It appears they are...

Sure, I guess we can go with"crooked"...

Fine. Asymmetrical.

That's an interesting idea though...

Don't think it's worth it to buy it if the wings aren't centered.

It's looks like an attempt at a TIE Cyclone.

EDIT: And yes, I know it is a Fanon ship.

I love how the different wing configurations change nothing about the ship. It's down to, this LOOKS more intimidating, so it's more dangerous

It won't look intimidating if the wings are off-center...

I would buy it and re-do the wings. It's a five-minute fix. That ship easily costs $30 (USD) because of the Interceptor wings.

Got to find that superglue...

Nice thing is, with minimal work and some superglue, you can (sort of) turn two TIE Defenders and three TIE Interceptors into two TIE Cyclones and three TIE Hunters. Might have to consider doing this...

How do you do wing removal? I need to do that now!

Pretty sure you can just dip the whole model in hot water for a bit and then gently twist the wings off - most FFG TIEs have the wings just glued on with their relatively cheap glue.

Ok. I'll probably paint them all red before I reattach them.

You could probably do it with Striker wings...

Double post. Please ignore.

You could just hand it to a two-year old. That's how my TIE defender's wing came off :P. You turn away for a second, and they go straight for the prettiest models. Kids are like lightning - fast, dangerous, and unpredictable!

Alright, @Kieransi, I'm doing it!

I'll put all of the pictures in my thread when I'm done.

It feels so... naked.

@Celestial Lizards, kinda reminds me of

How about now?

Two TIE Cyclones and three TIE Invaders.

Those are super cool. Great work!

Do you think that would work for the Silencer and Bomber?

I know it works for Bombers and Advanced, because I've had the wings just fall off of both before (FFG's glue is really cheap). I don't know about Silencers, but I assume they're similar

I want to try to put a TIE Fighter's wings on a Bomber (and vice versa). Test will commence tomorrow!
