Complainer complainers are worsterer.

I would be a scale nerd - and I was, believe you me - but the way I get over it is by considering it all in cinematics. Everything is exactly the size it's supposed to be. It's just the camera angles in your head are a little off.
Fun fact*!: The original Devastator model from ANH was smaller than the Tantive model.
*Well, maybe a fact. I read it once, somewhere. Can't remember where, but it seems plausible considering forced perspective techniques.

Hm, wow, since you are also complaining, that means that you're throwing yourself under the bus, but dragging others down with you.
As a fellow Darksider/Imperial, I applaud your dedication.
The Tantive model was about 12 feet long, while the ISD was 8 or 9. Fun fact: The model used for the Tantive was originally going to be the Millennium Falcon.

Never let it be said that I'm unwilling to burn it all down while I'm still in the house.

I can't really wrap my head around these mods. Those CR-90s aren't much bigger than the falcons.

... How small are your x-wings?

That's 1/7000 scaling for you.

Am I the only one here who strongly prefers this scale? The game is called ARMADA! I want to push around hordes of little plastic ships, even of they share a stand. Unboxing the Core set and getting three ships was underwhelming to say the least (obviously I still did it).
I can see why they didn't do this but man I would have loved for Fantasy Flight to use a more film-appropriate scale for the game.
Can you imagine unboxing the core set and having something two Neb Bs, three CR-90s, two Raiders, two Arquitens and dozens of fighters for each side?
Keep the points in the starter at 180, sure, but have multiple models per base.
It would have really felt more epic than three ships and a handful of fighters to start with.
I think they choose to have bigger up-scale ship only for the look.
If you are looking for exactitude, you will feel this as a bas decision. If you are looking for a selling point or marketing, they thought that was a better solution.
Don't forget that, this game was made to attract young peolple too, not only adult that will think about the scale ![]()
