I think the combination of Harpoon and Kylo deals 2 damage cards through shields, which is pretty cool!
I am not sure though how important Palp is. Maybe these 8 points can be spent better in a rebel captive and something else?
as general tip: it‘s better if you also provide a link to a squadbuilder with your list entered. That allows us to play around immediately
Replace Palp with Operations Specialist. So powerful with Quickdraw.
By the way, I checked my list and I had built (but never played) your version, Atacus, and one with Rebel Captive+Engine Upgrade + 1point bid before.

With Chiraneau to reliably get a critical on most attacks, I'm not convinced Palpatine is that crucial.
Engine Upgrade on a PS10 Decimator is always a good call against any arc-locked opponent (even a higher PS one, since you only have to worry about making yourself awkward to get in arc, not lining up a shot yourself), or when trying to clear an inconveniently positioned bomb.

Agreed. Since you move after aces (like Kylo) having a boost to get out of arcs is very important. Especially on a ship that a good 60 points in your list. There are many situations where that makes or breaks you.

Im not sold on Operations Specialist. I originally had Gunner, and Merc Co-Pilot with a 1 point bid before Palp. After playtesting, it Seems Palp is super beneficial to this list, planning to mostly call a Crit before firing with RAC. Palp, with RACs ability will mostly guarantee 2 hits from range 2, and 3 hits from range 1. Not to mention i decided against EU counting on the fact that Kylo could blind someone (of course only being used twice) that had him in arc preventing damage in that round (assuming they are lower pilot skill).
AHHHHHHHHHHH. Terrifying. Though I agree that you could ditch Palp for something else. Rebel Captive is a great one. Ops Specialist isn't bad.
