So the painting forums have a pretty cool theme of threads going on which is called "Showcase" where they show off painted ships of a certain type. I thought it'd be cool to make a similiar theme here with lists (not sure if this idea will even take off) but instead of ships, lists around pilots. I'd like the posts of this kind of this format:

A friend of mine and I made this lsit but he's the one who played with it, it seems to be loads of fun though.

That is the list I’m currently flying, and looking to take to our upcoming regionals and it’s a ton of fun. I definitely recommend it! Wedge is one of my favourite characters and pilots, it’s nice to see him coming back to the table.

I skipped my FLGS tonight with a cold, but I'd built and packed (I tend to bring like 3-5 lists premade and packed) the following list:

Wedge: VI/FAA/Integrated Astromech

Jess Pava: M9-G8/Pattern Analyzer/IA

Norra Wexley: Push the Limit, R2-D2, Bistan, and title.

I'm sure it's not better than Poe, but I haven't really played much Norra and want a feel for it. Bistan in honor of the surprisingly well performing runs he's had here and there lately, and as Travis Foss said on the Mynocks lately: "Bistan's dirty, man." PTL over Expertise, so I can use my Focus/TL defensively, too.

I guess one issue is that I don't exactly know who I'd lock with M9-G8. Both Wedge and Norra can stand to gain a good deal from it. Realistically, Weapons Engineer Fenn Rau might be better than Jess in this list (Rey crew over Bistan, add Vectored Thrusters to both Norra and Fenn...), but eh.

I played a similar list in a 16 man tourney not so long ago, but instead of Wedge I took Wes janson, with the same load out, and the other ships also the same, I felt that with all these gunboats around it would work well, and it did,

I went undefeated, played against a Dash Poe in the final round, and won because I had a 1 point bid :-)

My friend also played your list ,and had great fun with it.
